Welcome! I am so glad you are here. I am here to listen and attend to your lived experience that interferes with living fully, meaningfully and creatively in the present.

I ground my work from an Existential orientation. This means I am concerned always with my clients' context, ongoing themes, and their search for authenticity and purpose. Rather than the goal just being happiness, I believe the goal is to feel alive, as much as possible, to feel the awe in life.

I work with adults and couples on subjects of personal growth, anxiety, depression, bereavement & loss, self esteem, stress, life transitions, burn out, codependency and acculturation among others.
